ದಿನಾಂಕ 26-08-2023 ರಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಕ್ಷರತಾ ಇಲಾಖೆ (ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ)ದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪುರಸ್ಕಾರ ಇದರ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ವಿಜಯ ಭಾಸ್ಕರ ರವರು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 50 ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಶಿರಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಶಿರಸಿ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಸರಕಾರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಾರಿಕಾಂಬ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾಗಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀ ನಾರಾಯಣ ಪರಮೇಶ್ವರ ಭಾಗ್ವತ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಶ್ರೀ ನಾರಾಯಣ ಭಾಗ್ವತರವರು ಮೂಲತಃ ಕುಮಟಾ ತಾಲೂಕಿನವರಾಗಿದ್ದು ಮೇ.16, 1968 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಎಂ.ಎ. ಎಂ.ಇಡಿ. ಮತ್ತು ರಂಗಭೂಮಿ ಪದವಿಗಳನ್ನ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾಟಕಕಾರಗಾಗಿ, ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾಗಿ, ಚಿತ್ರ ಕಲಾವಿಧರಾಗಿ, ಮೇಕಪ್‌ ಕಲಾವಿದರಾಗಿರುವ ಇವರು, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಉತ್ತಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಉತ್ತಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಉತ್ತಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ನಾಟಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇದರೊಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಅನೇಕ ಸಂಘ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗಳೂ ದೊರಕಿದ್ದು, ಜನಗಣತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಗಾಗಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿಗಳ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಪದಕ ಪಡೆದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈಗ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಮಟ್ಟದ ಉತ್ತಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗೆ ಭಾಜನರಾಗಿರುವುದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ನಾಡಿಗೆ ಸಂಧ ಗೌರವವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಶ್ರೀಯುತರಿ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಗೌರವಗಳು ಬರಲಿ ಎಂದು ಹಾರೈಕೆ.
ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಕೆ.ಎಲ್.ಇ ಸೊಸೈಟಿಯ ಎಸ್.ಸಿ.ಪಿ. ಜೂನಿಯರ್‌ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಹೈಸ್ಕೂಲು ವಿಭಾಗದ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸಪ್ನಾ ಶ್ರೀಶೈಲ ಅನಿಗೋಳ ರವರಿಗೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ದೊರಕಿದೆ. ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿಯ ವಿಭಿನ್ನ ಮನೋಭಾವವೇ ಅವರ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಯ್ತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ರಾಸಾಯನಿಕ ಹೆಸರಿನ ನಾಮಕರಣ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಮೂಡುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಹಾಗು ರಿಸರ್ಚ ಕಾರ್ಯ, ಸ್ಕೌಟ್‌ ಮತ್ತು ಗೈಡ್ಸನಲ್ಲಿ, ಮತ್ತು ಮಹಾಲಿಂಗಪುರ ನಗರಸಭೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ರಾಯಭಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿಯು ನೇಮಕವಾಗಿದ್ದರು.
ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್‌ 05 ರಂದು ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿಗಳು ರೂ.50 ಸಾವಿರ ನಗದು ಮತ್ತು ಪದಕವನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಗೌರವಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಇತಿಹಾಸ:
ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಉತ್ತಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯು 1958 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಭಾರತದ ಮಾಜಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಡಾ|| ಸರ್ವೇಪಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಧಾಕೃಷ್ಣನ್‌ ರವರ ನೆನಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂದಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ವಿಡಿಯೋವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ನೀಡುವಿಕೆಯ ಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಸ್ವಯಂ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಬಂದಂತಹ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲು ಕಮಿಟಿಯನ್ನು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
Natonal Best Teacher award goes to Shri Narayan Bhagwat of Sirsi District and Miss. Sapna Shrishail Anigol of Mahalingapura, Bagalkot, Karnataka.
In a letter dated 26-08-2023 issued by the Director, National Teacher Award of Central School Education and Literacy Department (Ministry of Education, Central Government), Shri Vijaya Bhaskar, sent a list of 50 teachers has been given out of which two teachers from Shirsi and Bagalkote district of Karnataka have been selected.
Teacher in Government School Mr. Narayan Parameshwara Bhagwat, a Kannada language teacher in the renowned , Shri Marikamba High School of Shirsi taluk, selected to the National Teachers Award 2023. Mr. Narayan Bhagwat originally hails from Kumta Taluk of Uttara Kannada Distict of Karnataka and was born on May 16, 1968. He is a M.A. M.Ed. and holds theater degrees. He has won District Best Teacher Award, State Best Teacher Award, National Best Children's Drama Director Award for dramatist, director, cinematographer and make-up artist. Along with this, he has also received awards from many organizations and has received the President's Silver Medal for good performance in census. It is a national honor for him to be awarded the best teacher award at the national level. May Shri Narayan Bhagwat get more honors.
SCP High School of KLE Society of Bagalkote District's Miss. Sapna Srishaila Anigol, a science teacher has received national award 2023. Her success was due to the different attitude as a teacher. The teacher was also appointed as a Cleanliness Ambassador in Mahalingapur Municipal Council, inculcating interest in science and research work by naming chemical names among students during attendance.
Both the teachers will be honored by the President with an award of Rs.50 thousand in cash and a medal in a ceremony to be held on September 5.
History of National Teachers Award
The National Teachers Award was first awarded in 1958 by the former President of India, Dr Given in memory of Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. Make a high quality video for each teacher and it will be displayed at the moment of awarding.
Self online applications for the award were accepted by the teachers. A committee was appointed to review the issues in the applications received and the process was initiated.
